About

I’m Daugirdas Tomas Racys, a photographer specialising in architecture, interiors, and spatial storytelling. With a background in science and a trained eye for composition, I work with architects, interior designers, and design-conscious brands to create precise, thoughtful images that communicate intent, form, and material.

My approach is quiet, deliberate, and grounded in observation. I’m particularly interested in how light interacts with space — how textures shift throughout the day, how surfaces carry meaning, and how design decisions unfold visually. Whether the brief calls for minimal stillness or layered complexity, I aim to reflect the essence of the project without excess.

Based in the Midlands and working throughout the UK, I offer a highly collaborative service for:

  • Architectural practices
  • Interior designers
  • Furniture and material brands
  • Boutique hospitality

Projects range from new builds and conversions to styled product sets, concept spaces, and editorial assignments.

I shoot with architectural precision — clean verticals, balanced light, natural geometry — and post-process with restraint to ensure fidelity to your design. My role is to support your vision and help your work connect with future clients, editors, and collaborators.
